Free UK shipping but charge for Eu and Us

Hi,
I currently offer free shipping but I am getting more orders from the states recently and I am having to email them to inform them that we don't offer free shipping to the states.

How can I keep the free shipping (for UK orders) but have a fixed rate for Europe, America?

I am using Zen 1.3.7.1

What shipping module(s) are you currently using?

What shipping module(s) are you planning on using for the US?

You mention Fixed Rates for US and Europe ... do you mean 1 Flat Rates such as $10 to Europe and $20 to the US or how are you planning on working this?

I am currently using freeshipper for all orders. When I select "shipping zone" drop down for Uk only, it disables the whole shipping module on the front end. Basically I want the freeshipper to only appear for Uk orders. And a flat rate for Europe and a flat rate for US.

I have tried a few different combinations to try and achieve this but they seem to always have an effect on the freeshipper displaying.
