Godaddy Paypal fix did not fix

I cannot get Zen to work with Paypal Webpayments standard. This is a new setup so I cannot say that it ever worked. However, I have applied the fix for Godaddy located at
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...520#post612520 and I am still having the same issue.

Here is the issue:
After confirming the shopping cart it should go to Paypal to enter payment info. It does not get to that page. Instead, I am directed to a different PAYPAL page saying:

"Sorry — your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation during the next day.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."



I have rechecked my settings in paypal and my settings in Zen. All are setup as per the manual/e-book.

I found the problem:

Paypal Web Payments Standard and Zen cart does not work with payments outside of US (i read that somewhere) ...

And on my test customer I had picked Federal something of Microsomething .... when I meant to pick Florida (just hit the "f" key )

I bet Paypal does not recognize that as US territory. I used a different test account and it worked. Changed the address of the original test account to FL and it worked!!

Go figure!
