We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping

I suddenly get the following:

United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

No rate gets returned today. Worked just fine yesterday.

This happens to all my store on the same server and is for checkout step 1 and just pressing get a shipping quote button too.

Could this be the UPS server having troubles or is this maybe my hosting server?

Same here. Must be UPS.

Not sure, just tested some store from the show case and it works.

I am on Host-99 where are you hosted?

USPS is working. Is there a way to see errors thrown?

Please issue a ticket with host-99 too. So far they do not believe me that it might be server related. What is your domain name?

Will do. My other 2 sites UPS quotes are just fine - they're hosted elsewhere.

Please let them know that your other sites are fine. Did you also NOT make any changes whatsoever since you got your last order with UPS shipping on it?

Don't know what could be wrong, but Host-99 support is still thinking it must be our zencart files.

I did submit a ticket and mentioned my other sites. They're submitting a request to UPS.

And, yes, I did make a change this morning (only reason I caught the error!). I added the Free Shipping Rules mod and thought I broke something when I got the UPS error. I uninstalled it, still the same error. It's not the mod.

I haven't made any other changes since my last UPS order.
