Default Listing a product but removing the add to cart button

    Hi there.
I searched the forum but could not find the info I was looking for so please excuse me if this has already been answered. If so can you point me to the thread?

I have an item that is for sale on a mass production site (not my own). I have this item listed on my site with a link to go to that other site. The thing is I have it set so they can not purchase it off my site but I still want it displayed there. The thing is I would like to remove the add to cart button from this product so it doesn't confuse them into thinking they can purchase it off my site - is this possible?

Thanks so much for any help.
    Take care.

You mean set it to "call for price" in the description?

It's in Catalog - Product Types - Product General (or any other listed)

Select Edit and uncheck "This Product can be added to cart"

That would turn it off for all those product types. This is specific to 1 item.
    Thanks though.
