Admin Login stopped working on my site (v1.3.8)

Hi everyone,

hope I didnt miss post like this. If yes please send me some link how to fix it.

My problem is following:

I cannot login into Admin area with my username and password. It stoped working suddenly for some reason about week ago. I am using 1.3.8 (originally installed - no upgrade) using Ultimare SEO urls (but never had troubles before - worked fine)

If I am trying to login myself I write down the name and password, but once I click "Login" both fields stay filled it starts some progress but it stays on the same page.

For customer login everything is working fine.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?? Please help!!
