Checkout 1 of 3, Changing font colour of "flat rate" & "per item" headings?

Hi all

can't find it in stylesheet anywhere

but i want to change the heading colours for

(Checkout 1 of 3), "flat rate" "per item" & "Store Pick up"

Any ideas where I can control these headings from?

that are in black,, and I want them in white...1st pic shows the font highlighted,, 2nd shows unhighlighted font.

Those are legend and fieldset declarations

You'll find them in your stylesheet.css

When styling these declarations remember that they affect ALL of the forms in your Zen Cart installation; so any changes you make will affect the contact us page, the login page, etc., and not just the checkout shipping page.
