tracker cookies warning and site goes offline

A customer just sent me the following message:

"The problem is with the check out and payment page after you put items in your cart, it keeps closing down as you fill out the address details, when I say closes down its the whole site gone offline and a send error report to Microsoft window opens, and I keep getting warnings about tracker cookies or something similar on the firewall set up I have"

Is there any bugfix for this or is it do to with his firewall?

Have you tested it? Does it do the same thing for you?

works fine for me and orders are coming through correct, but would like to do as much as possible to reduce the amount of customers going though checkout and not completing.
