Some items we sell weigh well over 70 lbs. when weight is totaled together. Is there a way to let the Fedex module know that it is 3 packages of 40 lbs. each so it would give a shipping quote back?
Any help would be appreciated.

admin-> configuration -> max weight

Merlin, thanks for quick reply.
We are running ver1.2.5 of Zencart, so not sure if that makes a difference but I couldn't find the 'admin-> configuration -> max weight' menu. However, I did set the maximum package weight to 250#.
I'll try to explain the problem in more detail...During checkout if the total weight of products is more than 68#, the FEDEX shipping module seems to ignore the request and returns a shipping rate of $0 (and if way over 68# the FEDEX module says 'No Rates Returned, E523 : Invalid weight'). Any order just under 68# returns a shipping rate just fine. As far as I know FEDEX has a limit of 70# for a single Home Delivery package. So it seems the problem may have to do with relaying to the FEDEX module that there are multiple packages shipping, none of which weigh over 70# individually. For example, we sell sauna heaters which weigh 40# and ship an additional 50# box of heater rocks. www.superiorsaunas.com Thanks for any help with this issue. --- DuckBill

I decided to go with 'Call To Order' product option on heavy products (over 70 lbs.), to give a more accurate shipping quote as there are handling charges to add on.
