Judging by the log details in your other post on paypal problems, along with the details of the error message you posted here, you seem to have pieces of two different versions of paypal module files on your site.
You need to get all your files matching whatever version of Zen Cart you're using, rather than having a mix-and-match..

Well, somehow you've got v1.3.7 paypal patch files on a v1.3.8 site.
You'll need to do something akin to this:
- backup all your files and database
- upload the correct version (ie: from original v1.3.8 distribution zip) of these files to your site:
/ipn_main_handler.php
/includes/modules/payment/paypal/***all .php files in this folder***
/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal.php.

Yeah, i was one stop ahead of you after reading another post... updated them.. now i dont get an error when visiting the page.. just gota see if the payments work now
