I followed the tutorial. I have base thumbnail image name images/checkbook_cover.jpg
images/medium/checkbook_cover_med.jpg
images/medium/checkbook_cover_01_med.jpg
my second image isn't showing up on product info page. what did i do wrong?
I believe it should be images/medium/checkbook_cover_med_01.jpg instead of images/medium/checkbook_cover_01_med.jpg. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

A few problems ...
1. There is only ever ONE "medium" image. It is used on the product-info page. However, you can have multiple regular or large images, according to the pattern described in the FAQ.
2. The FAQ is specific about the proper naming of additional image files. Specifically the suffix being uppercase, ie: _MED not _med

Thank you. Now I understand what the tutorial was saying about only one medium image.. I thought for sure you could have more than one.
The default suffix is _MED uppercase, but I have changed my suffix to _med in admin settings, which is why I used _med in my file names.
I decided to try adding more images to the product info page with HTML in the item description field and that works, so problem solved. Thanks again!
You should install Image Handler 2 module to be able to upload additional images via admin easily.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
