Free shipping question

Thanks Linda for your response. I added the missing classes in the stylesheet. Also tried disabling SEO urls and reverting to classic template but it doesn't seem to work. Surely something weird is going on. Can you think of something that could be causing this??

I am not sure ...

I would start with something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com and see if there is a file out of date by comparing a clean download of Zen Cart to the files on your site ...

I'll try to run beyond compare. It seems that the shipping module doesn't work at all irrespective of the free shipping setting. What could be the problem?

On the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping for the amount, do you have in there:
100.00
$100.00

Make sure it is 100.00

It is 100 and not "$100". Free shipping is set for only "national" (US) customers, so shipping rates should kick in for international customers irrespective of the amount of purchase. But none of the shipping modules are working!!!!

Edit each Shipping module and copy the settings to NotePad so they do not get lost ...

Then REMOVE, INSTALL and configure them ... do not set any Zones on them ...

Do any of these work now?

Which ones are actually installed?

Are all the modules that are installed active? If not active, REMOVE them from the list ...

Also, if using Sort Orders be sure ALL modules that are installed have a Sort Order and not just 1 or 2 of them that you have installed ...

If I add just the product:
Dynamic Shoulder Harness Strap Kit BodyPoint

I see Store Pickup and not Free Shipping ...

If I add something over $100 I see the Free Shipping ...

I've only UPS shipping and Store Pickup installed. I removed and reinstalled them. But nothing changed.

What are your settings right now in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
