Documents Sidebox Always Disply Sub-Categories

How do I get the documents sidebox to always show categories and subcategories. Currently it is only showing the top level category.

I have it set in Admin to always show.

I wanted to do the same thing and found this zip file in one of the posts, I've just uploaded the files and it works perfectly

Once uploaded you need to go to admin, tools, layout box controller and change the category box options from show category box to show ch_category box.

Thanks but I already have my categories expanded. I need the Documents Categories Sidebox to do the same.
