Not at this time. First, the email is the "username" for access to their account details. Second - who shops online and *doesn't* have an email address? How are you going to send them an order confirmation if they do buy?
2) For some reason my tax is not working---I setup the zone for Illinois--if they ship there is should charge tax--it shows the tax field but it never makes it an amount-even if I ship to illinois---is there some typical bug that I can't find anywhere
