Default No fields to enter API information

When I try to set up the PayPal Website Payments Pro module, I see this message:

    2. API credentials from the API Credentials option in your PayPal Profile Settings area. This module uses the API Signature option -- you will need the username, password and signature to enter in the fields below.

...but there are no fields to enter this info into. Here's a screenshot. Is this normal, and if so, where do I put the PayPal information?

Sorry.. I knew this was going to be a stupid question. I just read the part in green that says you have to put in the API settings in the Express Checkout module.
