Removed Products Still Show Up

I have removed items that still show up in search results and in the New Products section. Of course, when you click on them it takes you to a page that says: Sorry, the product was not found.

How can I stop a removed product from continuing to show up?

Check out the bug report for 1.3.8a. Ajeh has posted a fix for this.

Where would I find this? I searched the bug reports forum on here and did not find it, searched google and could not find it (did find this post as number one result in Google

), and am at a loss as to where to find it.
