Can someone tell me what this means Please

This has suddenly appeared in my AdminActivity Log, it appears 2 times with different IP address, neither of which are mine.

Does anyone know what this means? Is it bad?

I never noticed it before, and I do check periodically.

Ok I did a who is on the IP addresses here is what I got... doesn't mean anything to, but it makes me very nervous that someone elses IP is showing up in my admin log.. was I hacked? Did they get in or only try?? My paranoia is running amuck.

The 0 means they weren't actually logged in.
The login.php means they got to your login.php page.

So, yes, someone found your admin login page.

Thank you so much. I didn't even know that recommendation even existed. I am making the changes right now, I just hope it doesn't affect my customers who are currently shopping LOL
