Two Admin Folders

Where should the admin folder reside?

When attempting to access the admin control tool I get the following message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cache in /clientdata/n5200-2-dynamic/m/u/muddkids.com.au/www/includes/classes/cache.php on line 20

It appears that I may have changed the file structure when I was doing a backup and accidentally uploaded what I have backed up onto my web server as I now have 2 admin folders.

They appear as follows:
root/admin
root/admin/admin

Root/admin contains the following folders:
admin
back up
backups
bmz_cache
cache
cgi-bin
css
docs
download
etc.....

Root/admin/admin only contains:
backups
images
includes

How should these folders be structured?

There shouldn't be a root/admin/admin

The admin folder should only have three subdirectories - backups, images and includes.

Unzip the Zencart zip file onto your local computer for future reference.
