I found shopping cart page is decided by tpl_shopping_cart_default.php. but i can not found which php file call/require tpl_shopping_cart_default.php, that is, where tpl_shopping_cart_default.php be run?

This is a more complicated question than it sounds. A part of loading each page there is a check to see if something is being loaded into the cart and whether the page should be redirected to the shopping cart. Not something that i would recommend interfering with.
