I have set the option in "Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices" to option 3 "Showroom Only". What does this mean? I originally had it set to option 0 "Not Required".

This option will enable/disable showing the prices for products throughout the site. It may also change the behavieour of the checkout process. Try and explore.
