Setting up SSL for entire site client (not just login and checkout)

I'd like to enable SSL for ALL customer site properties, and not just the log in and checkout pages.

In configure.php, I've properly set 'HTTP_SERVER', 'HTTPS_SERVER', and 'ENABLE_SSL', and have even tried assigning HTTP_SERVER the value of HTTPS_SERVER, but all to no available.

The problem is that after rewriting my .htaccess to force HTTPS on all matching domain, embedded forms (in single item view, for example) are still being drawn with a standard HTTP:// target.

Any advice?

Leave as is...SSL for all pages can slow down zencart loading time
