calculate price on size

Hi all

I need to be able to allow the customer to calculate the price of an area of board by adding in two values as the attributes?

for examble

entered value 1 = 2m
entered value 2 = 6m

price is £1 per sq meter therefore the price will be £12

Current version of ZC does not support this. There may be a way to configure it using javascript, but don't ask me how that would be integrated in the page, or how the result will be parsed into the order total!

My only solution is this (if the board you sell comes in standard widths or lengths).

If you have, for example, board that is a standard 1m width, another that is a standard 2m width, and a third, let's say, that is 3m wide.

Then, set up THREE separate products of:

1m wide board
2m wide board
3m wide board

Then, you only need ONE variable in the attributes to assist in calculating the area price.
