Problem with Paypal express 'address not confirmed'

This is my first attempt at setting up a zencart store and linking with Paypal Express. All was going well until I was undergoing some testing using the Paypal Sandbox test area. The problem occurs when I try to pay for a product, having set up an account already on Zencart, at the end of the checkout process. Transfer across fine to Paypal, log into test account fine, click confirm payment and am then transferred back to step 1/3 of Zencart order process with error message:

"The address you selected at PayPal is not a Confirmed address. Please return to PayPal and select or add a confirmed address and try again"

I have tried following error message given but to no avail. Is this a Zencart issue or a Paypal issue? Can anyone advise or help? Many thanks.

Thank you. It did! It seems obvious now I know the answer but in the admin area, payments paypel settings I just set the require confirmed address option to 'no' and it worked fine.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a "Confirmed Address" and help prevent fraud?
