    Default CIM module for Auth.net

    Hey All.

I downloaded the add on CIM payment module, for Authorize.net. Installed fine..tested out as running and capturing data. Started recieng transactions right away.

However after about a week of running it seems that only about 1 in 4 transactions get captured. ? There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what product it comes from. Though all transactions are instantly processed and approved.

Do know what to do or where to start.

    runin v1.3.9.f

    Thanks.

    Mike

    Hi everybody.
Sorry chandroo007 for the deklay on answer but the notification on new posts was received till today.
boselixer: What is exactly the problem... reorder.php is not saving orders on database?
Well, could be an outdated sql call...
You can see on this file there is some lines of code commented, you can uncomment it and review this sql sentences.
I will going to install this last version and try to make some tests, if you find the problem tell me to update the module.
    Thanks for information. :)

ps. Are you working with 2008_11_29 version?

    Im using Authorize.net CIM v. 0.1 - 2008-11-26
Tested with: Zen cart 1.3.8a (pulled fomr readme.txt)

Reorder is not saving, orders are not "always" being saved to the CIM database, and the CVV input box jumps to the right once you put the numbers in.

If Im using an outdated mod, can you forward a link to where to find the current one?

    THx

It's not necesary, updates were code. Just overwrite (carefully) the files.
Only important change was the reorder.php on main folder and not admin.

ps. Carefully for your own changes in files ;)

Ok. so i over wrote the original file, and processed a test transaction. It cleared the checkout and hit the card.. though it still hasn't recorded to the CIM database.

I dont see anything that looks wrong in the log file, though I did notice this line of txt in the readme that i may not understand:

"You need to create a cron to run reorder.php everyday. (or call it manually)." how do i call this file manually? Its not something im doing, as when i originally tested the module, it worked fine.

thanks again for your effort and attention. Its much appreciated.

    Hi.
What I say, must be problems in sql sentences in order, because authorize it's ok.
I don't have this version installed, so I'm going to create a new cart in my server to test and I'm going to do a revision of the module.
If I find any correction, I will be publishing on zen cart site.
In this moment you are calling the reorder.php manually :) what I'm trying to say it's you need to call this file everytime you need to do reorders (every day, for example) or create a cron task that run this file every day.
    Any other trouble, tell me.

ah ok thanks. No what i do is capture the user card info with CIM, and then manually re-authorize their card from within Authorize's CIM at the beginning of the month. Hence the huge problems with the CIM not capturing records. :-s

As i mentioned before. it has worked..it did operate great..now for some reason in the last two weeks its stopped capturing. Ive made no changes to the site except add a few new products.

    yeah this emoticon suits me.
