    Default Help with "includes"

I don't have a clue how to get to the "includes...." section to change things up. Is there a basic tutorial that's written to people who aren't programmers? I've been trying to change the Zen Cart logo but don't have any idea of where the instructions are sending me.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to get there. I clicked on Administration Home, but I'm lost after that.

Specifically, the 'FTP' section of this one:

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=107

You'll need an FTP program installed on your local computer. Many here use Filezilla, I like the FireFTP plugin for the Firefox browser.

Then it's just a matter of pointing the FTP client to your site and entering your site's user name and password. The root of your site is often the public_html folder.

Other than the items which can be changed through admin, Zencart customization is done by downloading files from your site to your local computer, editing them, and uploading them back.

Search the Tutorilals for 'template' and set up your custom template and override folders before you do anything else.

I downloaded FileZilla. It asks for the host name. But when I put the information in, it gives me an error and will not connect. Where can I find the name to enter?

The host name will be the URL of your site, without the www.

You'll also need to enter a user name and password - those will be the same as your control panel user name and password.

I have tried that numerous time without success. I have checked the user name and password and they are correct. I assume you are referring to the Zen Cart home page as the URL that I need to enter?

Should work that way, but you might try just yoursite.com.

Are you getting a specific error message in Filezilla?

Remember that you want your CPanel (or other control panel) user name and password, not the Zencart ones.

    I have tried that also.
These are the error I receive
I am not a programmer, so I don't really understand most of these terms. Is there someone I could talk with about how to set these things up?

I am now getting these messages. Why do I need to connect to my website in order to work on the Zen Cart boxes?
