Stack Error Message

Here is the error:

The file is set at 644 according to my Filezilla (FTP), my hosting control panel, and even my tech support from the hosting company says the file is set at 644. Anyone know what could be causing this stack message in the script, if the file is at 644? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some servers require the setting to be 444. Try that.

My lowest server settings allotted are 644. If I set it to 444 it bounces back to 644.

I also have the same store set up on the same server and domain here: http://www.lasilhouettelingerie.com/index.php The config files on this storefront is set to 644 with no problems.

Talk to your hosting service again and ask what the setting should be. It's not a Zen Cart issue. It's coming from the server.

It was my hosting control panel. They had to change the file to 444 for me and now the error message is gone. Thank you much!
