I've installed the newsletter subscribe MOD on my site (twice) and when a user signs up -- they never receive the confirmation email. Any ideas? The site is currently on a test server and is accessibly only by the IP address. Could this be causing the problem?
I have another site with this MOD that works fine. (It's a live site.) I've even gone through and compared all the files on both sites. No differences.
Thank you for your help! I'm frustrated...

It looks like the order confirmation email is not going out either. Any ideas?

It was an issue with my email method. After talking to my web host -- I had to switch to SMTP authentication method.
