    Default HELP! Not recieving transactions processed on shopping cart

    I'm trying to get my shopping cart to work properly before attempting to continue work on the site...I processed a .01 cent transaction last night to see if it worked but never seen the money transfer out of my account and in to my paypal account. I was brought through the whole payment process and everything indicated that it worked. Problem of course is that the money never transfered.

    Im confused as to why this would happen. I've setup the API setting properly, purched the SSL from the hosting provider ect.. I'm not quite sure how sandbox mode works so I did that live transaction. Is there a step im missing, do I need to get something from zen cart and put it in paypal?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How many payment modules do you have enabled in your admin?
    Are any of them "installed" but set to "enabled= false"? If so, remove the modules set to Enabled=False.

    I uninstalled the Zencart Free Charge Card that I set to false by clicking the uninstall button. Would this have been the cause of the issue? Also the .01 cent transaction is still pending.

    It was actually because I was using the wrong filed. I was using the manual cc processing field. I disabled the module and used the right one, now it works. Thanks for the help.

    You need the Free Charge module installed if you intend to allow customers to checkout with a purchase where the amount of the transaction is zero, or free.
    And, no, the Free Charge module wouldn't be related to the problem you initially reported.

    OK looks like i fixed my problem. I was using the wrong filed, I got rid of the field, used the right one and it works now.
