I had a customer confirm an order for Money order, then she contacted me and was looking to change it to Credit Card through Authorize.net. I told her to let me know, and I would delete the first order. Then i received the confirmation from Authorize.net for her charge, and when i go into orders, it is showing as Money Order/Check. I have tried to recreate what she did by loggin in as a customer, but have been unable to change the payment method on a confirmed order. This is very confusing...and thank you!
