HTMLarea toolbar missing when in spanish?

The formatting toolbar in define page editor is missing when switching to the Spanish version. How can I fix it?

BTW - I checked under Configuration/Mystore/HTML Editor and it is set to HTMLAREA in both the English and Spanish versions.

After a thorough look into all files related to formatting in define page editor, I finally solved the problem.
The issue resided in the 'es.js' file that comes when installing zen-cart. It should read 'sp.js' so it can work.

After updating it, now the formatting toolbar in the Spanish version of Define Page Editor finally shows!
