    Default User is getting error "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time."

    I do not understand if I have all shipping turned off, or maybe I don't. I have no products on my store to actually ship. Just donations for a type of product. My customer cannot complete purchase because of warning about shipping. This is happening through paypal and zencart check out! Please help

    It looks like your product(s) are "virtual".

    Open a product to edit it, and where you see: Product is virtual .

    Select: Yes, always free shipping.

    Now, test this by adding to cart and proceeding through checkout as a test customer.

    (You may see a message during checkout that says: Free Shipping - Downloads. You can probably remove / change the word "Downloads" by editing the DEFINE in its PHP language file.)

    In my cart, the reference is in english.php : Line #550 : define('CART_SHIPPING_METHOD_ALL_DOWNLOADS','- Downloads');
