Error When logging into customer account?

Whenever I try to login as a customer, I get an error: "There was a security error when trying to login".

It only does this on our Windows Vista computers, not XP.

Also, even when I login on an XP computer, I can get to Step 3 of 3 for checking out, but after that it gives me an error about SMTP.

This has only happened since we started using SSL.
We have GoDaddy hosting.

How can this be fixed?

It is also giving me the security error during logon on one of our XP computers.

that's why i switched to mac...

You have to lower your security levels to allow cookies and sessions to medium if things were changed.

Might be a misconfigured ssl client setting in vista if things were changed from default.

Or godaddy is running ssl on a non standard port that vista locks up on the client side.
