Default Empty Orders - GoDaddy - AuthNet

The last day or so I have been receiving orders that are emtpy. Authorize net approves the payment and has the items correct, but zencart just shows a total with no items. Any ideas?

I am using godaddy, so I am wondering if it is one of there unannounced config changes.

If you are serious about your eCommerce site I suggest you get away from the mass marketed hosts like GD...

Nice words from a competitor. I got a pm promoting his business. I know GD isn't the best for ZC and will probably be moving. But I need help for the short term.

When you do an actual transaction yourself, what happens after you click Confirm on the last page of checkout? Do you see any errors? Does the order show up? Are the details in *your* order?

Which authorize.net module are you using?
What version of Zen Cart? Is this an upgraded site? From which versions?
Did you make *any* changes on your site since before these symptoms started happening? Any edited files? Any added files? Any configuration switches changed in the admin?

No changes at all. 1.8.3 is the version.

That's one down. Care to answer any of the other questions I asked?

Juxt got another order and it worked. I think it may have been impatient folks hitting reload too many times.

Unless communicated by PM many of DrByte's questions remain open

Paypal payments appear to work fine still.
