No longer seeing order information (products, model, tax, etc)

Greetings.
So I recently set up my ZenCart shopping cart and I am using a Paypal Business account for merchant processing.

Couple weeks ago we ran test sales with real credit cards to make sure everything worked fine. When I click on these (previous) orders I am taken to a "receipt" type page that shows all the information-- 'sold to' 'ship to' 'invoice #' 'date ordered' 'payment method' and then a row where i have 'products' 'model' 'tax' 'price (ex)' 'Total (ex) 'Total (inc)'

this last row is where I am having my problem. On my first initial test sales I have this data in the last row (products, model, tax etc). I still have this data and can see it now.
But now I just received an order from a 'real' customer and I can no longer see this data. I can see the 'sold to' the 'ship to' 'invoice #' 'date' and 'payment method,' but can not see the last row: 'products' 'model' 'tax' price.' I can see the total price, however.
So my issue is, I can not tell what he ordered. All I know is the total price he was charged.

(We just ran another 'test' sale with a real credit card and we are still not getting this data- even though before we were getting this data, and I can click on these 'old' orders and see that data).

Please help. I'm stuck and need to know what to send out for this customer. Thanks much!

okay had to do with something wrong in my paypal .
