A previous developer's change made the "My Account" link (after you log in) text change to something cute. I want to change it back to "My Account". Any ideas how this can be done?

In general, text that is output on your site is defined in a language file. Use the Developers Toolkit in admin > Tools to search for a distinctive snippet of that text. Paste it into the lower left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file and line number where the text is defined.
