Forum Software Recommendation for my site?

Hello, I manage my friends zencart website which sells art/craft supplies & they would like me to set up a forum where customers can discuss their projects and share photos of their work. Any suggestions for which forum software to choose? thanks in advance...

i think you are limited on the free softwares, you can use phpbb. You can search for it in this forum. I believe there is a module to integrate it on zen cart. Or you can just create a directory for it on your server and download the free phpbb software. If you go with the directory the link to your forums will be something like www.yourdomain.com/forums thats what I did. Then you can link to it from your Store.
