    Default Getting "File does not exist" for csshover.htc in Error Log

    Gooday, I've done a search on "csshover.htc" but can't seems to find anything relevant to the issue I'm facing.

    I was looking at my Error Log via cPanel (sadly, trying to resolve another problem) when I found heaps of like the following in the Error log:

    Code:
    [Thu Dec 18 13:37:30 2008] [error] [client 92.193.160.8] File does not exist: /home/liathe/public_html/csshover.htc

    This is particularly true for the "csshover.htc" file. I looked at the /home/liathe/public_html/ folder and naturally couldn't find the said file. Can anyone tell me what's causing these errors and how to rectify it?

    Thanks heap.

    csshover.htc is used by the various css-driven pulldown or flyout menu addons to allow css-driven menu support in IE browsers. It is most likely referenced in your stylesheet.

    Thank for the prompt reply DrByte. I found the following in 1 of the stylesheet (.css) file:

    Code:
    body {
    	behavior: url(csshover.htc);
    	}
    The csshover.htc file is found in the same folder as the css file so if I may venture a wild guess, I should change it to:
    Code:
    body {
    	behavior: url(/home/liathe/public_html/includes/templates/liathe/css/csshover.htc);
    	}
    Wld that be right?

    No. If you don't need the file anymore, remove the reference to it from your stylesheet.
    If you need it, make sure you've placed it in the folder documented by the contribution you installed. No need to edit the stylesheet.
