Does anybody know a Credit Card Proccessing that is seperate from paypal? For example NPS.

There are many credit card processors other than PayPal. Your bank may offer a merchant account for this.
Google "credit card processors" for a starting point.
Authorize.net is "pre-built" into zen cart and easy to set up once you have a merchant account.

I agree with Charming Tina, Authorize.net is excellent and very solid and reliable.
