Getting Error Message...please help. :(

I am using zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007

I just installed and went to add products. I got the followiing message...

"Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: Stat failed for /home/menzies/public_html/Shop/images/banners (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/menzies/public_html/Shop/admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php on line 442"

Any ideas??

Seems to be a problem with folder permissions.
What are the permissions on your images folder?
It should be 777.
