    Default Easy Populate query

    Hi team,

I have what I hope is a simple query.
Say I have say 100 products in ZC, each with 20 units in stock.
If I export the data using Easy Populate and place it into a .csv file. and change all my products to show I now have 25 units in stock of each, and then upload the file back into ZC - will my customers see that I now have 100 products with 25 units each (the Easy Populate file overwrites the current date on the site) OR will the cust see 45 units against each product? (does Easy Populate append the data to what is already there?).

Hopefully that all made some sort of sense!

Manually adding the 5 extra units to each of my products is a time consuming exercise so there must be an easier way of doing this, i.e. Easy Populate. If it overwrites the date, great - but if it merely add to the existing data then it causes all sorts of issues.

    Phil

    Default Re: Easy Populate query

Easypop will overwrite your database tables so if you put 25 in EP then thats what the customer will see.
