Change Column Title

Could someone please help? I'm trying to change the column header from "price" to "Est. Price/Piece" at the following page:

http://www.fisherqualitymeats.com/in...index&cPath=68

Can someone tell me where to change this? Can I change the "price" column name on the receipt/invoice too?
