A few problems w/ our "custom" template

Hi, things seems to be back on track with our 'custom' template after we rebuilt it this month, EXCEPT the following:

1. When you click on a Subcategory, the Products Listings page is blank and all you see is the "Add to Cart".
   
2. The bottom of all the sideboxes is dropped (not shown.)
   
3. The Footer is ok on the main page, but disappears on all the subcategory pages.
   
4. The Right SideBox Column shows up on the main page but not on the other pages.
   
5. The Right Sidebox Heading image is cut off.

We've looked in FAQ and other parts of this forum for answers and were able to fix some other problems we had, but the above ones we could not figure out.
Note: Everything worked fine in the old store which had the same exact template and overall layout. So we figure it's something we messed up in configuration or some php code at some point in the past week while trying to rebuilt the store.

Would really appreciate any pointers/insights on how to fix these.

You'll need to let us in without applying for a password so we can see what's happening.

Hi Steve, the store should be viewable to everyone. You only need to log in if you're ordering. I just checked and the store status is set to "0", so that looked ok...

Did i miss something else?

Another problem: The store looks totally messy in Explorer but fine in FireFox.
