    Default Editing in Admin

I need help changing things like 'Sales message goes here.' Yes that was defined if I would just change something in my html editor, but my webhost wishes me to use the Admin feature to change everything. Is there a plave in the Admin where this can be changed? Along with other things on the first page?

    Thank you!

No, there are lot of things, including defines, which can't be changed through admin.

Who is your host, and why do they care how you make changes to your site?

your images are way to large and makes your site load slow . you may want to resize your images.

My host is a local company by the name of Netins. Their tech people know less about the whole webdesign thing than I do and that is sad! They just keep telling me to adjust things only through Admin. I still can not find how to change the opening page through there. Now that I know that it isn't possible, I will do it the other way and see if I have better luck that way.

    Thank you,
    Angi

Do you have a suggested size that I change them to? I haven't changed them yet, because I don't know what to make them. I would like to fix the size that it enlarges them to when you click on them as well.

    Thank you,

See the tutorials for image information.

You should make two or three different copies of each image, at small, medium and large pixel sizes (exactly the same pixel size as you want to display in each location).

Making one big image and asking the browser to show it small at run time will slow down the user's loading of your site, and also make the image display poorer quality.
