FAQ Manager Module Support *need help*

I am using 1.3.8 and the directions in the 'read me' file that came with the module says this:

New database tables need to be created to store your new FAQs and FAQ categories.

How do I do this?

Also, if you check my webpage with the module present:

The image of the button:Ask a question is not showing. How can I make it show?

import the faq_manager.php file into your db using phpmyadmin or the likes...

anyways i can't get it to work in 1.3.8a at all... as soon as i activate the box my whole site turns blue except for the header...
anyone an idea what the problem might be?

edit: fixed my problem.... put the YOUR_TEMPLATE in the wrong template....

I tried the mod and had nothing but problems
So I dug through the whole forum dedicated to it and discovered that there some pretty big issues with it. Basically it needs to overhauled and until someone with good php skills does that it's pretty much useless.
Wish I had a better answer.
