Default Installing Liveperson into my site

I am trying to install Liveperson chat on my site but am having huge difficulties figuring out where I am supposed to install the code.

    Can anybody help me out.

    My site is www.teenymunchkins.co.uk

I have a chat support on there at the moment but my free trial runs out on saturday and I don't like it enough to pay for the use of it.

    thanks in advance

    Alison

There is a free live chat program that I have been using on 3 of my sites and it works great. It is easy to install. If you have C-Panel with Fantastico it will install automatically for you.

It is called Crafty Syntax http://craftysyntax.com/

The way I installed it into my cart was to download the Blank Sidebox template and put the code into this box. Here is the blank side box link:

I would assume that you could install any live chat program into this box as well. Also do a search on the Zen Forum for your live chat program and I am sure that you will find your answers.
    Thank you, Sincerely, MagicMan

O looked at your site and saw that you have the LiveChat box floating on the page. I found this to be annoying to say the least. Maybe you should consider placing it in one of the side boxes.

Just my thought. Good luck, the site looks nice.

Ok great. Now what you need to do is to do a google search on live chat images and change the standard crafty images with nicer looking one's. It took me a while before I found some that I could download. If I remember the link I will let you know. Better yet, send me your email address via private message and I will email you the images that I downloaded.

Also do not be afraid to play with the code in the side box so that you can get it looking exactly how you want it to.

I renamed the Blank Side Box in all the file to Live_Chat_Side_box and this makes it easier to control in you layout box admin section.

    Good luck customizing your box.
    Thank you, Sincerely, MagicMan

I am trying to get this mod to work. I used fantastico from my host cpanel and loaded crafty live help. And I loaded blank sidebox module.

Which file to put code in and where???

Does it go in modules or template file? and Where?

    Any help is greatly appreciated...
    Thanks,
    Kim
