Over 5000+ Queries for Category & Product Pages

Hey Guys,

I've got several stores on Zen Cart and one of them is really slow. Troubleshooting according to the guidelines I've found on the forum I noticed that my other stores have an average of about 200 queries per category page and about 280 for product pages.

One site, tho, gives me readings like this for a category page:
Parse Time: 24.304 - Number of Queries: 6226 - Query Time: 19.5208991948

Here is a product page:
Parse Time: 33.280 - Number of Queries: 6254 - Query Time: 21.0048252455

The site is www.darene.com (warning, adult content)
Zen Cart 1.3.8a, Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
