How anyone successfully installed CK-ERP & Zen Cart

How anyone successfully installed CK-ERP & Zen Cart? I am looking for a helpdesk application for Zen Cart. I searched and found a thread back in December, but it didn't go anywhere. Anyone else successfully running a help desk application with Zen Cart. What I've read is that there isn't one that integrates with Zen Cart, but I can link off the Zen Cart site to the helpdesk software? Any Ideas?

There is a support thread for CK-ERP, but that would be way overkill for a helpdesk facility.

You haven't actually said what you mean by a helpdesk facility, and it can mean a broad range of things, so it's difficult to make suggestions as to what might work for you.
