Default SQL Import (restore) Not Listing Products

I need a clean install of my zen-cart. However, I don't want to lose my products. I've completed a back up of my SQL database and through the php admin cpanel I've imported to the new database. All categories and tables are showing up but not products.

Does this mean I need the easy populate mod or am I doing the import incorrectly?

    Thanks!

Open the SQL and paste the products tables in to phpMyadmin in the SQL tab

Thanks. When I open the SQL and click on the SQL tab I see this: Run SQL query/queries on database saltc2_zc1:

[ Delimiter ] Show this query here again Open new phpMyAdmin window

I don't understand how I would "paste the tables" from the one database to the other....

You would open your SQL backup and select the products tables and paste them in box in the sql tab and hit go.

You might want to ask your hosting company to help you.
