Error installing Simple SEO URL

I've gone through what I believe to be a correct installation of Simple SEO URL but I'm getting the error info shown below when I click on the Simple SEO URL Manager in Extras. Anybody have any idea where I went wrong?

It looks like you obviously did not read the installation instruction, since if you did read it then you know you have to get module manager for it first.

And since you did not read that, you also missed out that there is a support forum topic dedicated for this module. Questions posted out of the topic will more than likely be ignored since I would not find them anyway.
