    Default How do you make your shop not cover the whole web browser?

    I want my shop to not cover the whole browser, but to be centered in the middle of the page. Does anyone know how to do this?

    1. The width is controlled here
    2. #mainWrapper {

      background-color: #ffffff;

      text-align: left;

      width: 100%;

      vertical-align: top;

      }
    3. change the red highlighted text above to 925px;

    Sorry to intrude here - but would it / could it be better to have that as a percentage width ?..
    Any reason to fix at 925px ?

    You can use a percentage if you make allowances for it everywhere. You have to be sure to look at the site in all the major browsers at many different resolutions.
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
