How do I add an image to the homepage

If you look at one of the showcase shops like http://www.ignitionexhibits.com/

They have a small flash movie playing, i want to do something similiar but just with a simple photo gallery. Do I put those changes in includes/languages/english/mytemplate/index.php?

Or is there somewhere else for that? Would it be a full template edit? I was thinking, I could just put it where the welcome message used to be.

For the home page, go to admin > Tools > Define Page Editor and select define_main_page.php.

I'm also trying to add staff's photo and licence pic. to define page2, but I have another question: How to change the title "page2" into"More about us"?

First off, as everyone here will tell you - buy the book! It really does help. Secondly, search the FAQ's and thirdly...ask for help.

Okay, here goes (since I did all this not that long ago)...

You need to edit some specific pages in your includes files. You will need an editor to do this (like Dreamweaver or even notepad may work but stay away from programs like frontpage as they add code to the page that YOU DO NOT WANT)

Open up the page in includes/languages/english/ and then Page 2...so on and so forth. Change the following lines:

define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Page 2');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Page 2');

to what you want those titles to be. Make sure you leave the quotes there before the p and after the 2 or it will break. AND then make notes of what you are doing so that IF you have to do it again, you have the notes to go by.
